Since 1977, Custom Autosound Mfg. remains the originator and innovator of audio products for classic cars, trucks and streetrods. Many competitors and imitators have followed in their footsteps with similar products, but only Custom Autosound offers over 400 different radio applications for the year, make and model of your vintage vehicle, ready to install. SUPERIOR CRAFTSMANSHIP

Custom Autosound takes quality very serious and holds their products to very strict manufacturing standards. They put each one of their radios through rigorous testing before they ever leave our facility. Here’s a quick overview of their manufacturing & testing process:

Step 1: Manufacturing

The basic head units are manufactured using the same technology, standards and often in the same facilities as many name brand audio electronics.

Step 2: Testing

Every single one of their radios is put through both vibration and temperature testing. They test their radios to ensure they operate extreme low and high temperatures. Then each radio is vibration tested. Custom Autosound wants to ensure every radio operates smoothly on whichever road you find yourself driving.

Step 3: Hands-on Customization

Each radio is then inspected and hand adjusted by on-site technicians. These are the professionals who make sure your USA-230, USA-630, USA-740 or Slidebar radio will fit perfectly in your year make and model vehicle without any dash modifications or the need to purchase extra parts.

Step 4: Final Inspection

Lastly, before packaging and shipping each Custom Autosound radio is given one final hands-on test to ensure all features and electronics are working effectively.
